Customer service be rude I ended up walking out twice on different occasion

Went in with soup on my mind but I notice the soup was sitting on the counter along with the jerk chicken and not in a warmer as I ordered my soup small and jerk chicken small I noticed the server just started putting water in the warmer just started turning on the warmer. I asked her is my soup gonna be cold or my chicken she said no but then before she bagged it up and try to charge me I felt the soup was very cold to almost room temperature She asked me if I wanted to get it warmed up. I told her yes she went in the back came back in the soup was still cold. Food especially soup should not be sold cold do better with food temperature I will not be going to this location was very disappointed
