About Golden Krust Caribbean Restaurant

A fast-casual takeout Caribbean & Jamaican restaurant, conveniently situated on the corner of Utica Avenue and Church Avenue in Brooklyn. Known for their family recipes of classic Caribbean food staples, from Jamaican beef patties and coco bread, to jerk chicken, oxtail, and curried goat or chicken. Offerings now include vegetarian and beyond meat alternatives. The bakery boasts numerous enticing options including spice bun, hard dough bread, and carrot cake (among many more delectable items).

I wasnt going to rate this but I am still mad. I ordered chicken soup through Uber eats. The soup was cold like it came out of the refrigerator and it was spoiled. You could smell how sour it was as soon it was opened. I understand not wanting to waste food because everything is so expensive now, but, day old food or older must be stored properly and SAFE to sell to the consumer.

I had a very disappointing experience due to the extremely poor customer service from the staff. They were rude, dismissive, and showed no interest in helping or resolving my concerns. Simple questions were met with attitude instead of assistance, which made the situation frustrating and uncomfortable. I expected basic respect and professionalism, but unfortunately, neither was shown. This experience has seriously affected my impression of the business.
