About Golden Krust Caribbean Restaurant
A fast-casual takeout or dine-in Caribbean & Jamaican restaurant, conveniently situated on the corner of Ralph Avenue and Flatlands Avenue in Brooklyn. Known for their family recipes of classic Caribbean food staples, from Jamaican beef patties and coco bread, to jerk chicken, oxtail, and curried goat or chicken. Offerings now include vegetarian and beyond meat alternatives. The bakery boasts numerous enticing options including spice bun, hard dough bread, and carrot cake (among many more delectable items).
This was well worth my trip. The cow foot soup, escovitch snapper and stew peas were perfectly done. Enjoyed each meal. The staff were friendly and courteous and made me feel so welcome, I ordered meals to last me 2 days at home. I will definately return to this location on my next trip to Bklyn.
I noticed on your website through Uber that you had jerk chicken on the menu for $20. I called to make sure it was a complete dinner with rice and plantains. What I could not believe is that this was a small dinner. I could have gotten a large oxtail dinner , you most expensive menu item for just a few dollars more. I will never order anything from you through Uber. I’ll order from somewhere else. This was a ripoff.
