About Golden Krust Caribbean Restaurant
A fast-casual takeout Caribbean & Jamaican restaurant, conveniently situated on the corner of Nostrand Avenue and Newkirk Avenue in Brooklyn. Known for their family recipes of classic Caribbean food staples, from Jamaican beef patties and coco bread, to jerk chicken, oxtail, and curried goat or chicken. Offerings now include vegetarian and beyond meat alternatives. The bakery boasts numerous enticing options including spice bun, hard dough bread, and carrot cake (among many more delectable items).
The food is great and the chefs are amazing but there’s just one girl that works there in the front that takes the orders and gives us the food. She’s extremely disrespectful when I was very nice to her and pushes people off. I feel like you guys need to change your workers
I only ever get one thing when I go here, I went today, asked for a beef patty with coco bread spicy the cashier wouldn’t even look at me before or after I paid. I got home took a bite and it wasn’t beef it was chicken which I’m allergic too that was its own issue in it self and also why I decided to write this review I don’t know her personally for her to be treating me this way nor am I ever rude or show disrespect but anytime I go there without fail I get the same unfriendliness/rudeness and overall bad customer service from her. She may be having a bad day but damn is it literally everyday. I won’t be going to this golden krust again. And I’ve been going there since I was in high school back then it was so much better. Clearly the quality is taking a Nosedive
Beautiful experience , for me its the service. On entering, the greetings I experience a week ago was marvelous. The bright smile , my order was well received, I felt at home. Shout out to , Miss Karen, Thank you !
