A fast-casual takeout or dine-in Caribbean & Jamaican restaurant, conveniently situated on the corner of Tarrytown Road and Fulton Street in White Plains near the Westchester County Center. Known for their family recipes of classic Caribbean food staples, from Jamaican beef patties and coco bread, to jerk chicken, oxtail, and curried goat or chicken. Their food is bad, and it is bad far more times than it is good. This place needs to be shut down permanently. Their plantains are hard as a rock. If you try and eat them, you may break your teeth. Just shut it down. I never go to this place for Jamaican food. I go to Brooklyn or the Bronx, and I live in Hartsdale.

Management fire the chef or lock down the restaurant, I have tried ya'll food on so many occasions just to see if ya'll would get it right or mabe on my visit it was just a bad chef day, on one occasion I bought curry chicken and white rice(that has no flavor and the rice was hard and was not cooked properly, second visit, fried chicken..the chicken taste like it was spoiled then fried, third visited, jerk chicken/oven bake with jerk sauce etc, this was dry and trashy, next I tried the ackee rice....omg I guess the ackee was cooked then mix with raw uncooked rice..sigh, the manager change the food to a different platter with rice and peas but the rice was tasteless and rubbery. Guys listen get it together because ya'll giving the brand Golden Crust a bad name..and the servers lack customer service. Thanks for wasting my money 💰. on every occasions I always throw out the food.# I will never support this store again.
