Who’s keeping this door open? I have no idea but the downfall of this place will be the staff. Good luck. Especially the woman who is the manager with the haircut you are the great depression to Golden Krust

The food is great—honestly, that’s the only reason this place is still afloat. Everything else has gone downhill fast since they opened. Portions are stingy, and they nickel-and-dime you by limiting side combinations like it’s some kind of game. It takes the enjoyment out of ordering and makes the whole experience feel cheap. The real issue, though, is the service. The staff is consistently disrespectful, and management clearly allows it. There’s no accountability, no professionalism—just a bad attitude you’re expected to tolerate while paying full price. At this point, it’s not worth it. Plenty of places serve good food without the attitude. I won’t be back!
