About Golden Krust Caribbean Restaurant

A fast-casual takeout Caribbean & Jamaican restaurant, conveniently situated on the corner of Main Street and North Day Street in Orange near the Orange train station. Known for their family recipes of classic Caribbean food staples, from Jamaican beef patties and coco bread and coco bread, to jerk chicken, oxtail, and curried goat or chicken. Offerings now include vegetarian and beyond meat alternatives. The bakery boasts numerous enticing options including spice bun, hard dough bread, and carrot cake (among many more delectable items).

Is there a new Cook?????? Got food on Monday, the rice and peas was SALTY! Went back in the middle of the week and got some Red Peas soup. OMG! It tasted burnt and Salty! On Saturday I came back for breakfast. I got some Ackee and Saltfish. Also, picked up some Curry Goat. The goat meat was not tender at all. It was kind of tough. The cook went from extreme to another. No Flavor with the Ackee and Saltfish!!!! Hardly any peppers, onions or tomatoes. If it wasn't for the Saltfish, there wouldn't be any flavor at all. Been to this restaurant many times and always loved the food. This week however, it was NO Good! If you changed cooks, please get back your old ones!!!!!

Portions are small for $20 food taste nuh all dat!!! Some Jamaican should not cook simple cause of this madness.....
