What a disgrace to the Jamaican culture and the Golden Krust Brand! The old lady that "serviced" me at 3500 East-West Hwy #1285, Hyattsville, MD 20782, on this morning (May 12th at 10am) had to be one of the most rudest people in a customer driven industry, that I have experienced in quite some time! She was unprofessional, rushed me, rolled her eyes every time I asked her a question about the menu, and didn't have ANYTHING I asked for. I literally waited in the parking lot for her to open at 10, because my family and I REALLY wanted a Jamaican breakfast. It's 10 o'clock right? That's when they open right? Should be able to get breakfast because it's literally on the menu inside the store and online, no problem right? Can I please have cornmeal porridge? "Dont have it." Okay, how about the hominy porridge? " NO porridge. " .... okay, can I get ackee and salt fish then? "MA'AM! THERE'S NOOOOOO BREAKFAST! WE DONT HAVE BREAKFAST!" Yo! How do you have an attitude with me for asking about breakfast at BREAKFAST TIME!!! Make it make sense. Needless to say, I did not patronize her business... I COULD HAVE settled for cocoa bread and beef patties, if I wanted to still support and since I was already there...NOPE. I'll gladly take my hard earned money and travel else where to spend it. I can't for the life of me figure out how you come to this country to start a business and mistreat the very people that will cause your business to thrive... any who... highly discourage patronizing this business until she decides that being respectful and polite to her customers is a priority. 100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

You should have been treated with respect, especially after taking the time to visit us right at opening. We also understand your frustration around the breakfast availability, as our menu should be clear and consistent with what is being offered in store. Your feedback is being taken seriously and shared with the team. We truly regret that we missed the mark and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

We had two orders for our weekly catering event. The food was such a hit. The goat was so tender. And the fried chicken wasn't dry. The curry tofu was the right touch for the vegetarians and vegans in our group. My only concern was the portions could have been a little bigger. However we will be ordering again because the feedback was so good.
