Food is always good, but I’ve noticed that the customer service is not the greatest, which is usually implied with a Caribbean restaurant on Kirby myself so I definitely get it, but I have noticed a significant increase in pricing which is understandable as well because of inflation but the last time I went, I was charged $20 for a small cup of rice and peas with oxtail gravy, a beef, patty, and cocoa bread only to come to the front after confirming my order with her since the price for what I actually ordered seemed pretty steep for the items I noticed that I was charged for two patties 1 cup of bread with rice and peas With gravy But instead of asking for a refund to get what I actually ordered, which was one beef patty. I just decided I will have a big Meal and keep the two patties of course when I open my bag, there was only one patty so it just seemed as though they were banking on me not noticing the extra charge and then also not trying to give me what they charged before either. I don’t like business like that will not be Back which is a shame because I really would come here often as I usually can’t find too many Kirby spots that has decent food in Georgia coming from New York
