Customer service was ok, food quantity was reasonable but taste was disappointing. The jerk salmon was so dried out it lacked flavor. Barbi-fry chicken was also too dry and plantains too drenched in oil.

I ordered the Eschovitch Fish and it appeared to be sitting in the warmer since this morning. When the lady appeared to fix it on my plate she frowned up. If you know that something isn't right you shouldn't serve it to your customers. So, I apparently decided to eat in. The fish was dry, hard, & cold. I asked her can she serve me a fresh fish she replied she dont have anymore but she can heat it up in the microwave. ARE YOU SERIOUS!! At this point take the fish off of the menu if this is how you're serving it. The drinks was also flat. Never again will I patronize this place.
