Offerings now include vegetarian and beyond meat alternatives. The bakery boasts numerous enticing options including spice bun, hard dough bread, and carrot cake (among many more delectable items).

I have recently been to two other Jamaican restaurants and promised I Wiil only eat at Golden Krust on Sunrise Boulevard (across from Sawgrass mall) Why? The minute you open the door, you are greeted by the welcome staff. The food is well presented- no messy areas at the display counter. The food looks fresh and clean with a good variety to choose from. I love the Daily Specials, which makes it affordable. The staff are very engaging, I am a West Indian (Bajan) and if I am not sure what an item is they are happy to allow me to sample it before I make my final choice. When I need a home cooked meal Golden Kristen always comes too mind.

My family and I had lunch here and everything was awesome. What made it even better was the pleasant interactions with the staff. If we’re in the area again, we’ll definitely stop by. Oh, and you’ll get your money’s worth!
